Memory, aging class at West Cobb Regional Library

The West Cobb Regional Library, 1750 Dennis Kemp Lane in Kennesaw, will have Memory and Aging on Monday from 7 to 8 p.m.

Learn about normal aging, signs and symptoms of dementia and ways one can improve their brain health. The program is presented by Amy Saye of the WellStar Good Life club.

Saye has worked for WellStar for over five years and has worked in the field of aging for 14 years. She spent five years as the supervisor of the Memory Care unit at WellStar Atherton Place before joining the Good Life Club team. She received her undergraduate degree in Business from LaGrange college and completed her MBA in Health Care Administration in June. She also holds a professional certificate in gerontology and a certificate in Alzheimer’s care.
