Nunn ashamed of husband, or just an opportunist?

DEAR EDITOR:

Why is Mrs. Ronald Martin — aka “Michelle Nunn” — running a political campaign under her father’s last name instead of that of her husband?

Is she ashamed of her husband — or is it mere political opportunism? Whoever she is, she is a member of the Democrat Party that has given us the “exemplary leadership” of Barack Obama.

If the lady were to be elected, that would be another vote for Harry Reid — and Obama.

For weeks I have been trying to find out if Michelle Nunn had a husband and why she is not using her married name to run for office. This is a shame to her husband, the children and our whole society, that a person would want to run for political office and not use their real name. What else is she not truthful about? The Democrats would vote for a RAT and Michelle Nunn is just that.

God help us all.

@Red Westside aka Kamrad K-Fo

Isn't it amazing, watching the libs scurry around madly, when the light of truth shines on them?

The liberal progressives never seem to have a coherent answer, when faced with undeniable facts.

Hey Scott, What is Ted Cruz's real name? Raphael? His father was a communist under Fidel Castro, and Ted, oops, Raphael Edward Cruz, was born in Canada. He doesn't use his real name for obvious reasons.

Of course, that shouldn't bother you, because Cruz is a Republican, and male, but what about Rupert Murdoch, owner of Fox News... He was born in Australia, and the reason he got US Citizenship is because he had to in order to buy more US news outlets. It wouldn't surprise me at all if his motive was to make Australia the only superpower. IOW, Scott, he wants the US to fail. So he feeds you "news" and you lap it up. Oh wait, he is a "conservative" and male, so he can do no wrong.

Well done Scott Chadwick, this could truly be the smoking gun. This important revelation could lead to her impeachment even before she is elected. I'm sure Rep. Darryl (Bengazhi) Issa is planning a Congressional investigation now!

Nice piece of chauvinistic trash you've written here Scott. Perhaps you'd also prefer your women to wear the hijab as well?

Lets cut through the liberal progressive nonsense and get to the truth. Oh my, how the truth scares Democrats.

Michelle Nunn is using her famous father's name for the same reason Hillary Clinton uses her husband's name. By faulted liberal logic, Hillary Clinton should be proud to use Hillary Rodham. Michelle and Hillary use the name that will get them the most political mileage. Funny though, who would be proud of the Clinton name, except for fellow left wing zealots like Kamrad K-Fo. Michelle Nunn is another left wing loon, like Witch Fowler and Mad Max Cleland. How sad that she brings shame to her well respected father's name, who was respected on both sides of the aisle.

And Kamrad K-Fo, there you go again. Here's a news flash for you, Megan Kelly is a private citizen, who is not running for any political office, but we understand why you are so infatuated with a beautiful woman like Megan. So now we know K-Fo, you ARE watching all those pretty women on Fox, as opposed to the rotund Candy Crowley on CNN.

"The truth scare Democrats"...what a scream coming from whoever is hiding behind the handle "liberal nonsense" and hasn't got the courage to tell us who or she is.

What a sad letter. Today, many women are keeping their names without a "political motivation" (it's not 1950). Michelle Nunn was been in the business/non-profit arena as a CEO for over 20 years and I don't think she kept her name as a plan to run for Senate.

Scott, you should be looking deeper at our candidates; positions on jobs, how will they get things done in DC, etc.

I'm a lifelong Republican...and I like what I've heard from Michelle Nunn so far (and I don't care for the "I'm smarter than you" David Perdue).

So a professional woman who uses her maiden name instead of her married name is "ashamed" of her husband, huh?

Tell that to Fox News' Megan Kelly who is married to Douglas Brunt.

Oh, Please!! Megan Kelly is not running for public office trying to capitalize on her family name. If it were a republican doing the same thing, you'd be out there with the tar and feathers.
