Cumberland-based Taylor English Duma announced that five of its attorneys have been ranked as leading practitioners in the 2014 edition of Chambers USA, a highly-regarded directory featuring client-led intelligence on America’s leading lawyers for business. The full guide was released May 29 and is available at www.chambersandpartners.com/guide.

Taylor English Duma also received top rankings in three practice areas: Environment, Labor & Employment and Real Estate.

“We founded Taylor English on the principle of providing efficient, cost-effective and excellent client service. Being recognized by Chambers for these efforts and our attorneys’ commitment to excellence in their practices further confirms that our firm has been successful in implementing these principles,” said Marc Taylor, founding member of Taylor English Duma. “We are honored to be recognized by Chambers and thank our clients and colleagues who provided feedback about our firm during the research process. We look forward to growing the number of practices and attorneys recognized by Chambers in the coming years.”

The recognized attorneys were Craig K. Pendergrast, Environment; Gregory G. Schultz, Real Estate; Jeffrey R. Kuester, Intellectual Property; Marc A. Taylor, Labor & Employ-ment; and E. Peyton Nunez, Environ-ment.

Cham-bers & Partners publishes Chambers USA, a guide to law firms and lawyers across the country. Every year, Chambers & Partners conducts thousands of in-depth interviews with clients in order to assess the reputations of business lawyers. Top firms and lawyers are ranked and their merits described, usually in the words of their clients that are interviewed by the Chamber’s research staff. It is the weight of client interviews that gives Chambers & Partners’ guides their highly valued credibility and reliability.
