John Marlin Beinhardt, 80, born July 6, 1933, in Lewistown, PA, went to be with The Lord June 7, 2014.

The majority of his career in broadcasting, at the Voice of America, and the raising of his children occurred in Northern VA. He retired in 1995 and moved to Georgia. He accomplished much in his lifetime- a veteran of the Air Force, a radio DJ/engineer, pilot, life long bowler- to name a few- but most of all, a disciple of Jesus, husband, daddy, Pap Pap and friend. John is survived by his wife of 56 years- Rosetta; his daughters- Mary & (Rick) Bawsel, Jackie & (Michael) Cook, and Carol & (Brent) Johnson; his grandchildren -Jesse, Johnathan (& Denise), Luke (& Christine) Sarah (& Nathan), Nicholas, Kara, Bryce, and Cami; sister Regina Snyder (& Ronald); as well as nephews, nieces, cousins and other family members. How grateful we are for his life well lived-a man of integrity- and we will miss his love and laughter. Memorial services to be held at the Northview Church of Christ, 1000 Northfield Court, Suite 200, Roswell, GA 30076 on June 16th at 6pm. In lieu of flowers, gifts can be made in his honor to the American Legion or Northview Church Bolivia Fund.  Georgia Funeral Care & Cremation Services is proudly serving this family.  678-574-3016.
