Seniors can learn about keeping food journal

The Senior Wellness Center, 1150 Powder Springs Street in Marietta, will have Keeping A Food Journal, presented by the Cobb/UGA Cooperative Extension Service, for adults age 55-plus on June 10 from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m.

Seniors can learn all about the importance of a food journal and tips on how to keep track of food intake.

The event is free, but registration is required. Call (770) 528-5355.
