Ashton Woods Homes announced that Mabry Manor and Lassiter Ridge, both in Marietta, are offering move-in ready homes that will be complete before school starts back in the fall.

“These communities are selling fast, and it’s all about location,” said Michael Malloy, vice president of sales and marketing at Ashton Woods Homes. “If you want to be near top schools, these communities are for you. Plus, Mabry Manor, unlike most other new construction, also has family-friendly amenities.”

Located at the intersection of Holly Springs Road and Post Oak Tritt in Marietta, Mabry Manor has two move-in ready homes. Priced at $680,250, one is ready now.

With the Sinclair floor plan, the home features 3,900 square feet, four bedrooms and three-and-a-half baths, a large front porch, covered patio, master retreat on the main, and a media room and loft upstairs. Available in August, the second home is priced at $700,608. With the Kingsley floor plan, the home features 3,254 square feet, four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a master and guest retreat on the main, and a media room and family room with coffered ceilings.

Mabry Manor’s amenities include a pool, cabana, two tennis courts and a community park. Children in the community attend Mountain View Elementary, Hightower Trail Middle and Pope High schools.

With oversized, wooden home sites, Lassiter Ridge in Marietta has three move-in ready homes. One home with the Cambridge floor plan, available in July, is priced at $643,015 and features 4,500 square feet, six bedrooms, five baths, a guest retreat on the main, screen porch, a family room with stone fireplace, a coffered ceiling and a gourmet kitchen that includes a large island.

Children in the community attend Rocky Mount Elementary, Simpson Middle and Lassiter High schools.
