Kettle Corps Inc., a kettle bell based “full-body” approach to fitness, celebrated its first year in Cobb County on May 10 in the parking lot of the East Lake Shopping Center at 2145 Roswell Road in Marietta. The celebration also included free workshops, food, family games and prizes.

In its first year, Kettle Corps has grown a loyal following and is preparing to certify new trainers to support expansion plans in the near future.

Founded in May 2013 by former college and pro football standout Jason Hall of Marietta, Kettle Corps brings a unique approach to fitness with its fusion of kettle-bell training, body-weight calisthenics, yoga, Pilates and primal movements. Kettle Corps serves to address chronic and acute imbalances in the body’s musculoskeletal system all while maximizing functional performance.
