The first engine and initial units arrived at about 2:15 a.m., according to Lt. Dustin A. Davey, with reports of smoke coming from the front of the business.
Crews entered through the front door and were able to confine the fire to the restaurant, Davey said. Additional units from Cobb Fire arrived to assist as part of a second alarm.
The firefighting efforts were aided by the activation of an automatic sprinkler system. There were no injuries reported.
The 911 call came from a Hertz rental employee located in the adjacent suite. The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
