According to a warrant, at 1:45 p.m. on April 13, while in a garage area of a residence, police say Christopher Robinson allegedly forced a sex act on a young woman against her will, then fled the scene.
Robinson was arrested by Cobb Police on April 15 on a felony charge of rape.
Robinson was charged earlier this month when he was caught just after midnight on the back deck of the same home off Laurian Drive, near the intersection of Shiloh and Bells Ferry roads, the warrant said.
Robinson was looking through the window at his ex-girlfriend and another young lady while they were inside the home preparing to exercise, the warrant stated.
The women spotted “the intruder” and were able to take photographs as Robinson ran off, the warrant stated.
Robinson had already been told by Cobb Police officers not to go near the home. He was released the same day on a $6,000 bond.
After the arrest on the rape charge, Robinson was not granted a bond and remains in the Cobb jail.
