Military artifact collector to speak at Civil War event

Brumby Hall and Gardens will present Beverly DuBose III, nationally renowned Civil War Authority artifact collector and speaker, commemorating the 150th anniversary of the Civil War on Thursday at 7 p.m. at The Hilton Atlanta/Marietta Hotel and Conference Center in Marietta.

The presentation and discussion will focus on historic war campaigns of Marietta and Cobb County and on DuBose’s extensive military artifact collection. A reception will follow at Brumby Hall.

Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for students.
