Alexis Williams of Marietta and her University of Wisconsin-Whitewater teammates are at the top of the collegiate gymnastics world.

Williams, a junior majoring in physical education, helped the Warhawks bring home the national title for the third consecutive year on March 22 at the National Collegiate Gymnastics Association championships in Ithaca, N.Y.

The meet was nearly a UW-Whitewater sweep with the Warhawks winning the national title, the all-around title and three of the four event titles.
