Hospital schedules class on charitable gifting

Emory-Adventist Hospital at Smyrna will have a Charitable Gifting class on April 29 at 7 p.m. at the hospital cafeteria.

Charitable gifting can be good for the soul and your relationship with the IRS. There are a plethora of charitable giving strategies, so it can be difficult to determine the best way to benefit the charities you care about and when is the right time to make gifts. Amy Yarkoni will discuss the basic rules of charitable giving and share some popular charitable giving strategies.
