Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Atlanta’s three Cobb County locations joined more than 4,000 Boys & Girls Clubs across the U.S. with its annual celebration of National Boys & Girls Club Week from March 23 to 29. The week-long celebration calls attention to the important role Boys & Girls Clubs play in the support and success of nearly 4 million young people each year.

“We work with the kids and teens in our Clubs every day to help them live healthy, achieve academically and lead in their communities,” said Marlon Andrews, Regional Vice President for Cobb County. “During Boys & Girls Club Week — and all year long — we invite you to come out to our Club and see our life-changing programs at work. To truly understand our mission, you have to meet the wonderful kids and staff that make our organization great.”

Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Atlanta’s mission is to save and change the lives of children by providing a safe, positive and engaging environment and programs that prepare and inspire them to achieve Great Futures
