Police say a Powder Springs man has been charged with two misdemeanor cruelty charges and felony cruelty to children for tattooing a minor.

Police say Michael David Daniels tattooed a minor twice. One tattoo, located behind the girl’s right ear, is a feather in black ink. The second tattoo, under the girl’s left breast, is five small birds, also in black ink.

Jail booking information for Daniels described his appearance as having tattoos covering his neck and his arms like sleeves.

Daniels remains in jail without bond.
