Police: Woman assaulted two hotel clerks

Kennesaw Police arrested Sharon Lee McKinney and charged her in the assault two hotel clerks with a knife.

On March 13, police say McKinney entered the Superior Creek Lodge on Cobb Parkway and chased one of the hotel clerks from the office with a knife in her hand. According to police, McKinney then assaulted another hotel clerk and trapped her in a room. McKinney faces four felony counts of aggravated assault, false imprisonment and possession of a firearm while committing certain felonies. McKinney is still being held in custody.
