Smyrna hospital plans ergonomical lecture

Emory-Adventist Hospital at Smyrna will present a free class titled “Are you Ergonomically Correct?” on Tuesday at 7 p.m.

Luis Hernandez of PT Solutions will give guidelines to assess whether or not your work station is using the correct ergonomics to promote proper posture. He will also discuss the importance of maintaining correct posture and using proper body mechanics when performing work related tasks. The class will be in the cafeteria.

The hospital is at 3949 South Cobb Drive, Smyrna.
