Cobb Police arrested a Mableton man Tuesday on charges of financial transaction card fraud and abuse of an elderly person.

Boima Nathan Fahnbulleh is accused of withdrawing $1,300 from the bank account of a 94-year-old woman over the course of four days beginning on Dec. 5. Because police say Fahnbulleh committed the financial transaction card fraud three times throughout that week, he faces three felony counts of card fraud and one felony count of abuse of an elderly person. Fahnbulleh stole the money from Carol McNeal, who was in hospice care at the time of the transactions.

Fahnbulleh was arrested on Windy Hill Road more than three months after the transactions were made. He lives on Huntcrest Drive off Clay Road in Mableton. Fahnbulleh remains in custody at the Cobb Jail.
