The Marietta restaurant is owned by franchisees Tom and Cheryl Melton, Don and Carol Schrader, and Frank and Kay Lynne Mitchell of The Three Chicks, LLC. Because the women of this group are all related to founder Stacy Brown, they have a unique connection to this company. Their names are even featured in three of the fifteen flavors of Chicken Salad on the menu.
The Chicken Salad Chick concept was established in Auburn, Ala., in 2008 in the kitchen of founder, Stacy Brown. The unique concept offers customers a “custom-fit” chicken salad experience, with 15 original flavors to choose from, as well as gourmet soups, side salads and freshly-baked desserts.
