Lemon McMickens was arrested Feb. 11 and faces nearly 20 felony counts, including rape, kidnapping, aggravated assault, armed robbery, possession of a firearm, possession of cocaine and violating probation.
According to the warrant, on Feb. 1 from 3 a.m. to 4:10 a.m., McMickens forced a woman at gun point behind the E-Z Serve convenience store to perform a sex act.
Marietta Police say McMickens told the woman, “You better come here before I shoot you.”
Then police say McMickens abducted the woman, taking her down a wooded trail to a secluded area, the warrant said.
McMickens, who according to the arrest report has two tattoos stating “only the strong survive” and “hold my own,” was not given a bond and remains in the Cobb jail.
