MARIETTA — A Marietta man was arrested earlier this month after police say he stole multiple computer systems from a local Wal-Mart.

Kenneth Ragland was arrested Feb. 6 by the Marietta Police and faces five felony counts of shoplifting.

According to the warrant, on the afternoon of Jan. 25 and again on Jan. 31, Raglan stole four desktop computer systems valued at $3,190 from a Wal-Mart store on Cobb Parkway, between Roswell Street and South Marietta Parkway.

Police say Ragland shoplifted on three separate occasions, with convictions in Cobb and DeKalb dating back to 2012, according to the warrant.

He was not given a bond, and remains at the Cobb jail.
