Acadia Homes & Neighborhoods, 2100 Powers Ferry Road, Suite 300 in the Cumberland area, announced it has launched its second Gwinnett County community, Del Mar Club in Dacula.

“All of the family-oriented floorplans in Del Mar Club feature either four bedroom/three bathroom or five bedroom/four bathroom layouts,” said Eric Becraft, Neighborhood Sales Manager and seasoned real estate veteran. “Each home offers a media room, a number of flexible living spaces and terrific integrated features.”

Del Mar Club is currently pre-selling. The swim-tennis community is comprised of 70 homesites and resort-quality amenities.

Home buyers in the community will be among the first to have their homes inspired by Acadia’s new state-of-the-art Design Gallery, which features 4,500 square feet of showroom floor and is an interactive audio-visual one stop shopping experience for light fixtures and cabinetry to flooring and paint colors.
