The College of the Arts at Kennesaw State University will have Leah Patridge, soprano, in concert today at 8 p.m.

She has been critically praised for her bel canto singing, notably in the title role in Lucia di Lammermoor, as well as in the roles of Violetta in La Traviata, and Gilda in Rigoletto. In the 2008 season, she made her Metropolitan Opera debut as the First Niece in a production of Benjamin Britten’s Peter Grimes. She has also sung in many concert performances, appearing with the Cleveland Orchestra, the San Diego Symphony and the Atlanta Symphony in Handel’s Messiah, and she has presented recitals of art songs.

Attendance is free. The concert will be in Morgan Hall at 1000 Chastain Road, Kennesaw.
