n Kell 85, Sequoyah 72: Kell broke the game open in the third quarter and stretched its lead from three to 17 points en route to a Region 7AAAAA victory.
Kendrick Summerour led the Longhorns (9-14, 6-6) with 23 points and Maurice Summerour added 21. Grant Bryant finished with 14 points and pulled down 14 rebounds. Jarvis Jones added 11 second half points.
n Sprayberry 77, Northview 67: The Yellow Jackets led throughout the Region 7AAAAA contest and shot 75 percent from the free throw line to hold off the Titans.
Armel Potter rolled up 29 points to lead Sprayberry (19-4, 12-0). Nkem Ojeh added 16 points and David Tshamala racked up 17 points and Nkem Ojeh added 16 points, 11 rebounds and six blocks.
Potter added six assists and five rebounds and Tshamala had five rebounds.
n McEachern 69, South Cobb 35: The Indians shot well in their Region 4AAAAAA game against South Cobb and began opening the game up in the third quarter by outscoring the Eagles 18-7.
Logan McIntosh had 18 points for McEachern (17-4, 8-3) and Freddy Brown and A.J. Jones both had 10.
n Marietta 66, North Cobb 42: Cameron Jordan scored 20 points to lead the Blue Devils to a much-needed Region 4AAAAAA victory.
Marietta (17-7, 8-7) has lost its last four region games coming into the contest.
Raynere Thornton finished with seven points and 12 rebounds.
Daniel Beausejour led North Cobb with 12 points.
n North Cobb Christian 73, Mount Pisgah 57: The Eagles got off to a 22-5 first quarter start against their Region 6A opponent and pulled away by outscoring Mount Pisgah 19-7 in the third.
Stephon Jelks had 20 points and 19 rebounds. Hunter Ware added 20 points and five assists. Trey Kalina had 13 points, 10 rebounds and two blocks. Jonathan Twine had seven steals and four assists.
n St. Francis 94, Walker 36: The Wolverines struggled to keep St. Francis from scoring in the first half and was already trailing by 40 at the half.
Walker’s highlight was Robert Baker, who scored 19 points and had four blocks.
n Weber 51, Dominion 48: Jordan Dorsey scored 24 points and had six rebounds but it wasn’t enough as the Knights fell on the road.
Dominion Christian (9-9) trailed by 10 at the half, but had a chance to tie the game at the end of regulation.
Tate Cooney finished with nine points.

n McEachern 44, South Cobb 38: K.T. Martin scored a team-high 11 points to lead the Lady Warriors to a Region 4AAAAA victory.
McEachern (19-2, 12-0), facing a week in which it will play five games, elected to not play its starters against the Lady Eagles.
Audresha Williams and Zieandrea Bridges each scored eight points in the win.
South Cobb was led by Danielle Coger’s 11 points and Amber Kimble added eight.
n North Cobb 40, Marietta 32: The Lady Warriors clamped down defensively in the second half in a Region 4AAAAAA game after trailing by two points and won by outscoring the Marietta 11-6 in the fourth.
Kyrie Chandler had 12 and Chantel Strahorn added nine points for North Cobb (16-7, 7-7).
Marietta was led by Jacky Jones with 10 points.
n Osborne 77, Cambridge 42: Zutorya Cook scored 33 points and handed out five assists as the Lady Cardinals dominated the Lady Bears in Region 7AAAAA play.
Osborne (18-6, 12-0) led 24-8 after one quarter and 51-17 at the half.
Nikira Goings had 21 points, Raven Brown eight and Alexis Singletary added six points and seven rebounds.
