Tuesday ‘took the cake’

DEAR EDITOR:

I was employed with the Cobb County School District for 28 years before retiring. I have experienced many snow and/or ice problems, but Tuesday surely took the cake. The “big wigs” at the CCSD knew that this weather was headed our way, and they should have made a decision to end school earlier. I can imagine how many parents flooded the Cobb County School District with calls.

I sure would like to know who dropped the ball on this one. I do hope that Superintendent Dr. Michael Hinojosa doesn’t have to take all the blame. He means well, but he does have some people there who may be giving him some “misdirection,” as always.
