A good case of truly reciprocal business relationship management. Key to Supplier/Partner Relationship Management is where both parties view the relationship as mutually strategic. In this case, Manhattan Associate's ultimate 'supply chain' is represented by strategic partners bringing value to "joint customers" - a win-win for all parties. Where the joint customer is the ultimate beneficiary, there is no doubt the relationship approach is wholly reciprocal… As a supply chain commerce solution provider, it's also great to see a provider practice what they preach in terms of collaboration and the importance of business relationships.
