Rep. Cooper to hold town hall meeting on elderly abuse today

MARIETTA — State Rep. Sharon Cooper (R-east Cobb) invites the public to attend a town hall on the prevention of elderly abuse at 7 p.m. Tuesday in Johnson Ferry Baptist Church.

In conjunction with the Cobb Elderly Abuse Task Force, speakers include District Attorney Vic Reynolds, Marietta Police Chief Dan Flynn and a representative from the Cobb Sheriff’s Office.

The church is at 955 Johnson Ferry Road, Marietta.
