Marietta- based Edward Andrews Homes announced it sold its 100th home in 2013 just before the Christmas holiday.

“Selling 100 homes is just the beginning of our litany of objectives to become the leading builder partner in Atlanta for move-up buyers,” said Andy DiMarzio, vice president of sales for Edward Andrews Homes. “In addition to the amount of homes we’ve sold this year, our revenue and growth have increased markedly over the last three years. This is a major testament to the quality and commitment of sales agents, builders and the Edward Andrews Homes team.”

The 100th home was sold to a family who recently relocated from Pennsylvania and bought the Long Leaf model in the Lake Haven of Crabapple community in Milton.

Edward Andrews Homes also won three OBIE awards this year at the 33rd annual OBIE Awards, presented by the Sales and Marketing Council of the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association. Awards were won for Edward Andrews’ interior merchandising and building design. Additionally, the company was named one of the Top 20 Home Builders in Atlanta by The Atlanta Business Chronicle after the publication’s Home Quarterly conducted a study of the number of homes closed in 2012.
