Nicholas Lyle of Mableton was arrested Dec. 6 on charges of disorderly conduct and willful obstruction of a law enforcement officer. Police say Lyle, 35, yelled abusive words at an officer during a crime scene investigation, without any provocation. According to the warrant, he told the officer his position at a law firm allowed him to do whatever he wanted and continued to curse until taken into custody. Prior to this, Lyle walked through the crime scene, passing crime tape and police officers, even when asked to exit the area, the warrant states.

Lyle was released the next day after being issued a $,2970 bond.
