Warrant: Man driving vehicle under influence had cocaine

Cobb County police arrested Gerardo Mendoza of Marietta on Nov. 7, on multiple charges related to driving under the influence while accompanied by a 2-year-old girl, according to police. According to the arrest warrant, Mendoza was operating the vehicle with an open container of Modelo beer and while carrying cocaine in his wallet at the time. The warrant also states that Mendoza subsequently did not pass a breathalyzer test at a .08 concentration.
