A Mableton man was arrested Nov. 6 on charges of kidnapping, stalking, burglary and battery. According to the warrant, Mark Head, 28, abducted a woman from her Marietta apartment and forced her into his car against her will for more than an hour. Head had been previously charged with offenses against the woman, but posted bond. The warrant states Head violated his no contact bond when he entered the residence, assaulted a man by punching him in the face several times, and removed the victim from the residence by force.

Jail records indicate Head has not been issued a bond and remains in the Cobb County jail.
