Bryan Elien, 21, of Marietta is accused of firing shots at a Waffle House at 2160 Cobb Parkway near Old U.S. 41 in Kennesaw.

Police say Elien got into an argument with other customers and fired two shots into the air after exiting the restaurant. Before leaving in a car, police say he fired an additional shot toward patrons inside the Waffle House.

No one was injured, according to police, but one of the shots shattered a window.

Elien was stopped in his vehicle and arrested. He has been charged with aggravated assault and criminal trespass.
