Devon Munday, 22, was arrested Oct. 23 on charges of burglary and arson. According to the warrant, Munday, along with two others, entered a Marietta building by the back door and then set fire to the vacant structure. The three individuals used gasoline to accelerate the flames and proceeded to watch it burn through the front window, according to accusations in the warrant. The property is owned by the Greater Atlanta Veterinary Group Inc.

Munday has been issued a $16,720 bond but remained in the Cobb County jail as of Friday, according to inmate records.
