Why exempt Congress from Obamacare?

DEAR EDITOR: To all Congress members: The A.C.A., aka Obamacare, or as I like to call it, “CommieCare,” will change America forever. We will henceforth be subjects; not citizens, as our brilliant, benevolent and venerable Founders intended. It is sinister and snide socialism. It is contemptible. Although no Republican voted for it, we will all suffer under it. It is in actuality, less about healthcare than about total control of The People.

Well, not all The People will endure it. It seems all you people, ostensibly our representatives, are not going to be subjected to it. Nor will your staffs be. This is quite amazing to me. Why and how, pray tell, are you exempted from this fabulous — to hear the president praise it — legislation?

If it’s good for us, the little people, why is it not also good for you? This is shameful and dishonorable. You were not sent there to D.C. to make rules for us that don’t apply equally to you.

It is a disgrace and an outrage, but what can we do? Nothing, apparently. Lord have mercy.

The actions of the Congress over the past 10 or more years, cries out for term limits.
