Justin David Olson, 31, of Roswell was charged Sept. 11 with loitering, a misdemeanor.

Olson reportedly “entered a maintenance closet of Rite-for-Us Inn and Suites and remained there after being confronted by an employee,” according to a warrant.

Olson had to be forcibly removed by officers after being told various times to leave, police said.

He was released on $1,000 bond.
