Markevus John’yell Wynn of Smyrna was arrested Sept. 3 by Cobb County police on charges of aggravated assault.

The warrant stated that Wynn, who “became enraged over a phone bill,” choked a woman with his hands, causing her to black out.

The couple had been parked in the woman’s 2010 Hyundai on South Marietta Parkway.

Wynn then slammed the victim to the ground and carried her on his back, according to witnesses’ reports to police, the warrant stated.

Wynn was given a $25,000 bond, but has not been released.
