A Marietta man faces charges in connection with the death of his sister, who was killed after she fell off the trunk of his car.

Police said William Dingler drove his car knowing that his sister was sitting on the back trunk. Dingler’s sister reportedly fell off of the trunk, resulting in injuries that caused her death.

Dingler was arrested by the Cobb County Police Department on July 29 and charged with manslaughter, a felony, and reckless conduct, a misdemeanor.
