A Marietta man has been indicted on 25 counts of invasion of privacy, according to a press release from the district attorney’s office.
The indictment was handed down on July 25.
Mark Storch, 55, is accused of recording 25 females without their consent in bathrooms and private rooms at two salons in July 2012. The salons are at 2550 Sandy Plains Road in Marietta and 3102 Loring Road in Kennesaw.
If convicted, each count carries a maximum punishment of five years in prison and a $10,000 fine.
Senior Assistant District Attorney Eleanor Odom is prosecuting the case for District Attorney Vic Reynold’s office, which is assigned to Cobb Superior Court Judge A. Greg Poole.
Court records do not list an attorney for Storch, who is free on bond.
An arraignment date has not been set.
