Walker reportedly provided alcohol for Stewart ‘Nick’ Murray, 20, James Cole, 20, and the teenager at a party he hosted the evening of July 11. The arrest warrant states that Walker encouraged the teenager to chug vodka and rum. Police said the teenager was throwing up, could not talk or walk, and was having difficulty breathing when he left Walker’s apartment. The teenager died July 12 as a result of alcohol poisoning, according to the arrest warrant.
Walker, Murray and Cole were arrested by the Kennesaw Police Department on July 19. Walker was charged with three counts of providing alcohol to minors, possession of alcoholic beverages and reckless conduct, all misdemeanors. Murray and Cole were each charged with possession of alcoholic beverages, a misdemeanor. Walker was jailed on a $5,000 bond and Murray and Cole were each charged on a $1,000 bond.
