An Acworth man is accused of trying to enter another person’s car and causing damage to the vehicle.

Jackson Sullins reportedly used a lawn chair to try to break into a car parked in a Kaiser Permanente parking lot on Townpark Lane in Kennesaw, causing damage to the car. Sullins told police he was trying to enter his friend’s car, but the car’s owner said he did not know Sullins, according to the arrest warrant.

Sullins was reportedly under the influence of Xanax at the time of the incident.

He was arrested July 11 on charges of criminal trespassing, loitering, public drunkenness and possession of drugs. He remains in the Cobb County Jail on a $12,000 bond.
