Three of the five turned themselves in to the county jail Monday, June 10, and were released later that day after bonding out, while the other two have not yet been taken into custody, according to Cobb County Sheriff’s Office online booking records.
Julia Forbes of Smyrna is charged with one count of providing false information to obtain $990 in unemployment benefits, a misdemeanor charge. Her bond is set at $2,500. According to booking records, Forbes has not been arrested.
Yvonne Sidwell of Marietta is charged with a felony for providing false information to obtain $10,767 in unemployment benefits between July 25, 2009 and June 12, 2010. Her bond was set at $12,500.
Sharisse Williams of Marietta allegedly obtained $6,010 in unemployment benefits between Jan. 3, 2009 and May 2, 2009 and was charged with felony false representation in order to receive the money. Her bond is set at $7,500. According to booking records, Williams has not been arrested.
Eugene Carbonell of Mableton is also facing felony charges for allegedly obtaining $23,426 in unemployment benefits between Jan. 2, 2010 and Sept. 10, 2011. His bond was set at $25,000.
Mathew Severe of Austell faces a felony charge for allegedly obtaining $5,325 in unemployment benefits between Sept. 19, 2009 and Dec. 26, 2009. His bond was set at $7,500.
