POWDER SPRINGS — Dominique Marshall of Powder Springs is accused of robbing a Dollar General near Austell Road in Powder Springs.

Marshall reportedly walked out of the Dollar General without paying for four quarts of motor oil. An employee confronted Marshall about the incident, but Marshall ignored the employee and continued to walk out of the business, according to the arrest warrant. The employee reportedly confronted Marshall several more times before calling 911 and following the Marshall. Police say Marshall used a black handgun to threaten the employee.

Marshall was arrested by Powder Springs Police. He was charged with armed robbery, possession of a firearm and theft
