MARIETTA — A Marietta man faces charges after an armed robbery against a fellow classmate at an apartment complex in Marietta on Delk Road, according to the arrest warrant.

Damun Flowers of Austell Road is accused of using a handgun to steal the victim’s phone. Flowers entered his classmate’s home and asked the victim to call an acquaintance of his. The arrest warrant states that the victim saw Flowers or Flowers’ accomplice snatch the phone from his hand before running into the hallway of the apartment complex. Police say the victim was able to identify Flowers in a photographic line up.

Flowers was arrested May 31 by the Cobb Police Department and charged with armed robbery.
