A Marietta man is charged with burglary after he allegedly broke into a CITGO gas station and stole multiple cartons of cigarettes.

Mark Lethem of Heather Court reportedly shattered the front window of the CITGO with a rock before stealing the cigarettes. The incident was caught on surveillance video, according to the arrest warrant. The warrant also states that Lethem’s vehicle was seen in the video, but when police asked Lethem why his vehicle was at the crime scene, he reportedly said he had lent it to another person for $50 worth of crack cocaine.

Lethem was arrested May 20 by the Cobb County Police Department and charged with second-degree burglary.
