A local man is accused of deliberately damaging a woman’s car in a McDonald’s parking lot on Austell Road in Austell.

Jacob Cofer of Garner Road, Mableton, allegedly used a brick that he found in a McDonald’s parking lot to smash the windshield of the victim’s car and to dent the passenger side. He is also accused of kicking the vehicle, resulting in several more dents.
