A Mableton woman allegedly carried a steak knife onto Pebblebrook High School’s campus and fought with a student.

Allison Scott reportedly entered Pebblebrook High School’s premises with the knife and began a physical altercation with a Pebblebrook student in the cafeteria, according to an arrest warrant. Scott has never been a student at Pebblebrook.

She was arrested by campus police May 17 and jailed on a $7,500 bond. Scott was charged with carrying weapons within a school safety zone, disruption of public schools and fighting in a public place.

I wonder how this is news if it happened a week ago? How about we focus on the positive things at Osborne and Pebblebrook and the other schools in the county. It is graduation and PHS has some great students graduating. That is the real news for this week- not something that happened a week ago.
