Gabe Friese started for Marietta and Ben Schniederjans for Harrison.

Brooks Dechiara pitched three innings to earn the win and struck out four.
Bradley Piggie and Jordan Mathis each had two hits for Marietta. Marcus Mitchell and Robert Harris each had a hit and an RBI.
Hillgrove 5, North Cobb 4: Brian Johnson’s two-run double in the seventh inning proved to be the game-winner as the Hawks earned the Region 4AAAAAA victory.

6 1/3 innings and struck out six to earn the win, Nick Andrews struck out two with the trying run on third in the seventh for the save.
South Cobb 6, Campbell 3: The Eagles scored four runs in the fifth inning to pull away from Campbell in a Region 4AAAAAA game on the road.
Deion Law led off the top of the fifth with a double before Avery Williams singled him home. Later in the inning, pinch hitter Allen Few hit a bases clearing double.
Law was 3-for-4 with two doubles and a triple for South Cobb (10-12, 4-9). Williams and Thomas Leffew were both 2-for-4 with an RBI and a run scored.
Tyler Minkinen pitched into the fifth inning to get the win. He gave up three runs and struck out six.
Nathan Golden finished the game for his second save.
Kennesaw Mountain 9, Pebblebrook 1: Ed Lott had a two-run hit in the seventh inning to break the game open. The Mustangs scored three in the sixth and four in the seventh to break the game open.
Zack Chandler pitched six innings to get the win. He struck out nine and didn’t walk anybody. He gave up one run on four hits and threw strikes 75 percent of the time.
Reggie Pruitt went 3-for-4 with two RBIs. Tyler Stephenson was 2-for-3 with an RBI. Ryan McGrail was also 2-for-3 in the game.
Walton 8, Etowah 2: Chase Burks grand slam in the first inning was all the offense the Raiders would need to win the Region 5AAAAAA victory.
Stephen Wrenn was 2-for-4 with a double and Avery Roberts was 2-for-4 with an RBI.
Will White pitched five innings to earn the victory.
Kell 17, North Springs 3 (6 inn.): The Longhorns scored seven runs in the third inning and an additional seven in the sixth to run away with it.
Brice O’Brien was 3-for-5 with a home run, a triple and six RBIs. Brady Smith was 3-for-3 with two RBIs.
Alex Stockton was 2-for-4. Carson Highes was 1-for-2 with two RBIs. Justin Russell had a two-run triple in the sixth.
Westin Schmitter pitched five innings in relief and gave up one run on four hits and struck out seven.
Allatoona 12, South Paulding 0 (5 inn.): The Buccaneers scored seven in the third and five in the fourth at home to seal the Region 5AAAAA victory.
Bradley Lewis and Clarke Schmidt got Allatoona started in the third with back-to-back RBI doubles. Then Lewis hit a three-run home run in the fourth to pull away.
Lewis was 2-for-3 with four RBIs for Allatoona (15-6, 10-5). Schmidt was 2-for-2 with three RBIs. Chris Patel was 2-for-3. TJ Watson was 2-for-3 with an RBI.
Schmidt also picked up the win on the mound.
Pope 6, Northview 5: Patrick Wiseman was 3-for-4 with a double and two RBIs to lead the Greyhounds to a Region 7AAAAA victory.
Brett Lyle was 3-for-3 with a double, Mason Shiflett went 3-for-4 with a double and Stephen Skruck had two hits and an RBI.
Mount Paran Christain 7, King’s Ridge 1: Matt McKenzie went 3-for-3 with a triple and an RBI to help lead the Eagles to a Region 6A win.
Taylor Trammel was 2-for-4 with an RBI.
Andrew Maxwell pitched a complete game three hitter.
Whitefield Academy 5, Fellowhip 1: Max Kemether and Ryan Wesley each had a hit and drove in two to lead the Wolpack to a Region 6A win.
Matt Olson pitched a complete game five-hitter with seven strikeouts.
Walker 1, Christian Heritage 0: Walker’s just needed one score to win and it came late in the first half when Herman Tindjou scored off a rebound from a previous Walker shot.
Walker (3-10) maintained possession for most of the second half with Christian Heritage getting six shots off of them. The Wolverines took 20 shots for the game.
Colin Mitchell had three saves in goal.
Whitefield Academy 0, Lovett 0: Emma Wright had nine saves in goal for Whitefield in the scoreless tie.
The Lady Wolfpack had five shot attempts with Caitlin Hesse having three of those. Kate MacPhail also had a shot as did Sophie Kenether.
Harrison 13, McEachern 3: Zach Danneman and Conner Mills both had two goals and two assists in the Area 1AAAAAA victory for the Hoyas.
Alex Mowry scored two goals. Luke Wittenberg and Artie Lewis both had two goals and one assist.
Seth Cowan had one goal and an assist. Grant Gonzalez and Holden Zenker each had a goal.
Goalkeeper Mitchell Barnes had four saves.
Ke’Von James had two goals to lead McEachern. Cameron McGee had the other goal.
C.J. Norrell had 15 saves in goal.
Walton 16, North Cobb 2: Jack Whittaker led with three goals and one assist as Walton took an 11-goal lead at halftime en route to the lopsided win in Area 2AAAAAA.
Michael Genatt added two goals and two assists. Nick Sposito and Justin Peterman finished with two goals. Kip Jones added a goal and two assists.
Defensively, Jake Burstein had seven groundballs and two forced turnovers.
Tyler Dinges had five groundballs and four forced turnovers.
Kennesaw Mountain 3, Walker 2: Aaron Barris won 2-6, 6-4, 6-3 to help the Mustangs upend their non-region opponent.
Joe Klokow won 6-2, 7-5 and Matthew Osajima won 6-1, 6-0.
Creekview 164, Pope 174: Jack Fitzwater shot 42 and Atish Patel carded a 43 but they weren’t enough to overcome Creekview in a Region 7AAAAA matchup.
