Storm downs a tree off Whitlock Ave. in Marietta

High winds toppled trees around Cobb last night, including a three small ones on Northcutt St. off Whitlock Ave.

Firefighters said the call came in around 7:30 a.m., no one was injured, when the three small trees were uprooted, no one was in the car and it wasn't hit.

Crews are cleaning up debris now but the tree is cleared off the roadway.

Northcutt St. is open, and Whitlock Ave, is not affected.
