Mr. Paul Higgins Stewart age 79 of Smyrna, passed away Wednesday, March 13th. Funeral services will be held 10:30 A.M. Friday at Carmichael Funeral Home Chapel in Smyrna with Rev. Rick Dunn officiating. Interment will be 12:30 P.M. at Georgia National Cemetery in Canton. Mr. Stewart was a devoted husband, father, and had been employed at several Smyrna pharmacies. He was a 1960 University of Georgia graduate. He had been a coach for the Smyrna Athletic Association (SAA) and loved to travel. He was preceded in death by his wife of 50 years and 1 week Martha Gail Stewart. Surviving are: Son Thomas William Stewart, Daughter Julie Kay Dickerson, 4 Grandchildren Renee Ariel Burlison, Chase Lee Dickerson, Chandler Thomas Dickerson, Chad Alan Dickerson, Great Grandchild Karisma Rogue Flowers.
