Patrick Ikponmwosu Ogbebor was arrested Friday on charges of sexual battery, aggravated sexual assault and practicing medicine without a license.
He remains in the Cobb County Jail without a bond.
According to his arrest warrant, Ogbebor assaulted a woman at Mosthouse Lab Test and Healthcare Clinic off South Cobb Drive in Smyrna on Feb. 21.
He reportedly conducted an “Immigration Physical,” which involved a pelvic exam and mammogram. Ogbebor also is accused of, and admitted to, practicing medicine without a license by posing as Dr. Oladayo Osinuga, who has an office in southeast Atlanta.
Calls to the medical clinic for a comment were not answered Monday.
According to the website, the clinic conducts multiple blood, drug, breath-alcohol, DNA, paternity, immigration, sibling and skin tests.

Last nite, we had the Smyrna police & animal control back to the SAME Smyrna Heights rental house they've been to over 12-15 times.
The problem in Smyrna is there is noone in the city overnment to turn to that's willing to do anything effective to help protect peoples homes and property.
Cobb County ALLOWS a person to tether a dog (as long as it's not 24 hours straight),.. but 23 hours is OK.
How can this be?
But it is!
It's called laziness!!
So we have a problem w/ a rental house in Smyrna of a guy that rented a house w/ no fence, so he ties up his mastif & german shepard. These dogs are left outside barking in the below freezing weather, 100 degress &/ or rain,.. until owner comes home around midnight.
Citations don't work.
They pay them & continue behavior.
We live in a city limits. We should have better neighborhood protection. We pay city taxes,.. for what?
There is noone to call, noone that cares w/ the older neighborhoods in Smyrna.
This is why Smyrna is in the poor condition it is in & why we keep reading stories like this!
Why don't you move to Fulton or Dekalb if you hate Smyrna so much! I have lived in Smyrna over 30 years and have had nothing but good things to say about city government. By the way, Smyrna has no animal control, they utilize Cobb County Animal Control. Check your facts!
Cobb County Animal Control has been to this home almost 15 times. I went to their offices on County Services. Their hands are tied.
Cobb County has very lax codes towards residential animal containment.
Along w/ animal control , 1/2 the time Smyrna Police has come to location. Sometimes they sit a patrol car for more than an hour, waiting for animal control.
This is a WASTE of police time.
We live in the CITY limits & should have a CITY animal control officer & van. We should have stronger codes IN the CITY- including restrictions on RENTAL homes. Renters have swooped in on Smyrna Heights & it is having a detrimental effect on OUR neighborhood.
ps- surely you can SEE w/ your own eyes, that Smyrna is DEAD, economically. If not, you are in DENIAL!
