Frankie B. Ferguson, age 98, of Powder Springs passed away Saturday, March 9, 2013. Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, March 12, 2013 at 2 pm in the Chapel of West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory, 2480 Macland Road, Marietta, GA 30064, with Rev. Doug Chatham officiating. Interment will follow at Kennesaw Memorial Park. Mrs. Ferguson was a lifelong resident of Cobb County. She worked for Coats & Clark in Clarkdale for 13 years and worked for Avon for 28 years before retiring. She enjoyed baking cakes and listening to gospel music. She was a member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church. Mrs. Ferguson is preceded in death by her husband, Clifton Ferguson and is survived by her daughter, Linda (Bill) Hazelip of Kennesaw and grandchildren: Lee (Amanda) Hazelip of Marietta and Eric (Jemima) Hazelip of Kennesaw; great granddaughter, Jocie Hazelip of Marietta and many loving nieces, nephews and cousins.
